  • Construction of a twin-elevator access tower and bridge within a UNESCO World Heritage alpine environment, delivered in a live public setting with safety and public separation paramount.

  • Fast-tracked $1.2m delivery ahead of the 2017 ski season, shaped by weather and programme constraints.

  • Extensive prefabrication to accelerate delivery, including a 22-metre steel tower constructed horizontally, fully clad and glazed, then lifted into position by double crane lift.

  • Complex sequencing alongside multiple concurrent fast-track projects, including overnight removal of the existing chairlift drive station to maintain uninterrupted skier access.

A modern glass elevator tower built into a rocky hillside with a glass door entrance at the base and multiple glass windows on the structure. There are a few people near the entrance and a bike rack in the foreground.
