We work across residential, commercial, and shared-property environments, supporting the long-term performance, safety, and value of buildings through clear governance, practical decision-making, and experienced on-the-ground leadership.
As a builder-led team, our advice is grounded in a deep understanding of how buildings are designed, constructed, repaired, and maintained in New Zealand conditions. Project Manager
Simon is the primary point of contact for clients and leads the day-to-day management of Milestone Projects’ property maintenance and asset management contracts. With more than 20 years’ experience across residential, commercial, and civil construction, he brings a calm, practical approach to coordinating programmes, contractors, and consultants.
Simon is known for his strong planning skills, clear communication, and ability to manage risk, ensuring buildings are maintained efficiently and continue to perform as intended over the long term.

Craig provides senior construction oversight across Milestone Projects’ maintenance and asset management portfolio. With more than 40 years’ experience and a strong trade background, he has led both large and small projects, managing teams, contractors, and long-term client relationships across New Zealand.
Craig’s depth of experience underpins the day-to-day management of our contracts, providing an additional layer of technical oversight, sound judgement, and continuity for clients.

Site Supervisor
Bryan provides regular on-site support, helping ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to the required standard.
He plays a key role in supporting both the work on site and the wider team, managing day-to-day logistics and contributing to smooth, well-coordinated operations across multiple sites.

We place a high priority on worksite safety and ensure all contractors accessing your building are fully licensed, trained, and operating within established health and safety systems.
This provides assurance that risks are managed appropriately and that residents, visitors, and contractors are protected at all times.

Milestone Projects is SiteWise Gold accredited, with all suppliers monitored and required to hold a minimum level of independent accreditation.
Our in-house team includes staff with formal health and safety qualifications, including the National Certificate in Health and Safety and Injury Prevention.
